my humble opinion about maintenance charges and sharing for apts.
- If in a building there are 30 flats.
- 10 of them are nearly 1400 sq/feet each,
- 16 of them are nearly 2000 sq.feet each,
- 4 of them are nearly 3000 sq.feet each,
- What is the share for painting and innovation expenses for each flat/apt.???
- Is it Equal or according to Square feet?
- What about maintenance charges?
- Is it to be shared on EQUAL basis?
- Or to be shared on Square feet basis?
- If it is to be shared Equally now for repair as well as monthly maintenance,if the whole building is sold ,will every apartment holder/owner will get EQUAL share, or
- According to the owning of sq.feet.??????????
- I do not understand why it should be done on equal basis.
- Property tax is collected from each owner according to the square feet owned.
- Then the government also should collect on equal basis.
- For all Rs.6000 from every flat owner,no matter how many sq.feet he owns .
- whether 1400 or 3000 sq.feet.
- I do understand if the flats and apartments are of the same
- area ,say each 1400 sq/feet then there is every reason and sense to collect on EQUAL BASIS.
- All business either partnership of Limited company,I understand the profits and losses are shared according to capital invested.( Partnership by agreement can be equal)
- The Building contractor, will he sell all the big and small flats at the same price???????
- The Generator seller , will he sell all capacity generators on Equal prices??????
- The Iron wholesaler ,will he sell 10 tons equal with 1 ton price?????????
- The fruit seller, will he sell Apples and bananas at equal prices???????
- The cotton seller, will he sell ten bales of cotton bale at the price of 1 bale cotton????? selling on equal basis???
- The stationery shop owner will he sell Shaffer pen at a price of one ordinary ball point pen????
- Is it fair and equitable and justifiable in the eyes of law and justice to offer salaries to the bench court judges, district court judges, high court judges and Supreme court judges
- the same emoluments because they are all called judges??????Can they be equal?????
- One is having only a small family of three members and the other has seven members and another one has ten members
- Is the family equal in every respect?????????
- One has three cars, the other has only a scooter, the another one has only a secondhand cycle, all have vehicles for transport. Will they become equal?
- If you have a big car, you have to spend more petrol/or diesel and may be you have to have a driver too, and when you take your car for maintenance will they charge on equal basis?
- Please go through this at your ease and give your opinions
- thanks a lot for your valuable time and opinions.
